In September of 2000, Microsoft releases Windows Millennium Edition, which includes Internet Explorer 5.5. While most of the improvements in this version are behind the scenes, it is the first version to ship with 128 bit encryption.

Why not create one of your own then?
It's not that hard. Create an HTML page in your favorite HTML editor that has the links you want to visit and drop it or a shortcut to it on your desktop. Set the window up so it's the right size and off you go...... (Read the rest)
