Adding a program for the Vista firewall to block
We conducted our test on a brand new Lenovo Thinpad X60 Tablet and so we thought we'd first see what happens if we select an existing application like the Lenovo Registration applet....

- If Microsoft set the 'deny by default, allow by exception' rule, idiot users would scream bloody murder when they installed the firewall and nothing worked by default.
