Selecting a file for download
Once synchronized, you can selectively use the files you want. In this case, downloading one file out of your notebook that you synchronized earlier. You can separately download it and use it on your local PC. Likewise, other users who are sharing your common workspace can access them as well if you give them access.

....One Note and DevonThink et al
It does things like One Note, maybe easier to manipulate. It does not look like One Note. I also run Macs and use Devonthink which is an unbelievable interpretation of this idea. DT Pro can really organize, index, view, auto classify, browse, archive etc.etc. Alas, it runs on Macs only.... (Read the rest)
