Windows Live Writer
Even bloggers who normally despise Microsoft love Windows Live Writer. When you paste in an image, the action pane on the right appears automatically, allowing you to customize its appearance and behavior.

- I would add MP3 Tag Studio 3 and Jim Willsher's Bulk Rename Utiltiy. Both are shareware. (Read the rest)
