This device from Sony, dubbed the NW-S23, is one of several MP3 players designed for athletes that was recently reviewed by Christopher Bergland, a three-time Triple Ironman champion. The 256MB device is described by Sony as water resistant and "skip proof." It comes with an armband strap and can play for 70 hours on one AAA battery, Sony says. The "Sony style" Web site is currently showing a price of $129.95 for the gadget.
