For Katrina, the American Red Cross launched the largest mobilization of resources in its history for a single natural disaster. More than 200 Red Cross shelters are being set up to to provide hot meals, bottled water and distribute other much-needed relief supplies, as seen in this shot, taken during the aftermath of Hurricane Dennis. The Red Cross is accepting donations on its Web site.
