CNET News.com reporter Daniel Terdiman is hitting the highway for Road Trip 2006, a two-week adventure through the Pacific Northwest. Among the gadgets he'll tote on the way is this Globalstar GSP-1600 satellite phone, which he'll use to make calls from remote locations, and hopefully to also connect to the Internet when no Wi-Fi is available.
