The SuperHappyDevHouse is trying to resurrect the spirit of the Homebrew Computer Club of the 1970s and 1980s. Homebrew Computer Club leader Lee Felsenstein, a computer engineer who calls himself the architect of the personal computer, attended SuperHappyDevHouse to see if the "kids" are living up to old times. Back in the days, club participants could only talk about personal computers--they were too big and heavy to bring along. Today everyone has a laptop and shares experiences in real time.
