Typical Windows Sidebar
A typical Vista sidebar has a default configuration similar to the one shown, which includes a clock, RSS reader, and the image slideshow applet.

- The sidebar gadgets were a great idea and are incredibly useful, but Google's version of the sidebar is much better than the one that ships with Vista. Also, Google's works with XP!!... (Read the rest)
