Singapore Airlines claims to have the world's first on-board office productivity suite. By plugging a USB drive into the supplied port, passengers across all classes can edit text documents, spreadsheets and presentations using StarOffice and can also read PDF, MP3 and photo files.

The KrisWorld controller doubles as a phone and has a qwerty "thumbboard."

Dreamliner 787 direct competition???
The Dreamliner is not direct competition, the closest competition is the 747 and the new version which is slightly extended. Other than that there is no direct competition, just because two planes wer... (Read the rest)
