Joe David Jones, founder of Skyonic, shows off a tube of...baking soda. He has devised a system that takes gases coming from a power plant and turns it into sodium bicarbonate. It sequesters greenhouse gases, essentially, and gets rid of the problem of how to store gases for the long haul. You end up with a lot of baking soda, but everyone wants a clean smelling fridge.
