The Town Plan board (Lego system set No. 246 in Europe and No. 200 in the U.S.) was one of the first elements of Lego Town. This set came out circa 1961, according to James Hughes of BrickFetish.com.

- Yeah, it's great stuff, I remember how hard it was to get hold of Lego in former Czechoslovakia. You had to have friends in toy stores to get one, they were extremely popular but scarce. I spent hours constructing my own cars and stuff:-) And those Lego wars....:-)... (Read the rest)
