Dell has been trying on a few different hats lately. Last year it was colored laptops, retail distribution, and tablet PCs. This year the company is debuting its first-ever fully rugged notebook PC , the Dell Latitude XFR D630. Starting at $3,899, it's essentially the same 14-inch Latitude D630, but with a much tougher exterior meant to stand up to dust, moisture, drops, and extreme temperatures. And it has one of those nifty handles, too.
