Samsung Instinct SPH-M800
The semiannual CTIA trade show gives mobile companies the chance to show off their newest wireless wares. Here's a collection of some of the highlights from the show so far.

Samsung made a splash with its iPhone competitor, called the Instinct. The 3G Instinct SPH-M800 has a touch-screen interface, is 0.49 inches thin, and has a healthy feature set, including the so-called Visual Voicemail seen on Apple's iPhone and two batteries, each of which is good for 5.75 hours of talk time.

The Instinct will be available on Sprint's network this summer and should come in under $300, according to Samsung.

CNET editor Kent German has more details on the Samsung Instinct here. And you can see video of the Instinct in action over on CNET TV.
