Have you heard of the EnerNet yet? Bob Metcalfe, a self-described Internet tycoon, gave an abbreviated version of his speech on the EnerNet and the Global Warming bubble . The EnerNet is the idea of drawing lessons from the construction of the Internet to the energy business. He argued that investment bubbles are good for innovation and that all his current investments are now "enertech" investments, although they were not originally conceived that way.
