The population of Liberty City takes another dip as Rockstar Games releases its next version of larceny, murder, and mayhem in Grand Theft Auto IV (GTA IV). With an interesting single-player story line and room for 16 players online, GameSpot gives GTA IV its highest review rating of 10 and calls it the best Grand Theft Auto game ever.
Gamers will play the character of illegal immigrant Niko Bellic as he tries to make ends meet as a car thief and hit man for the various waring crime syndicates.
