The MicroFueler's display control, which does look surprisingly like a washing machine's. When asked, executives said that although the MicroFueler is currently powered by electricity, they are exploring solar energy as well as self-powering options.
It's an ambitious project, to say the least. But

- This should have the same problems as commercial attempts to make ethanol. The process consumes more energy than you can obtain from burning the alcohol. As I understand it, the best you can get by ... (Read the rest)
