This part is known as "15A," and it's an integrated truss segment that will be used to "deliver and attach the fourth starboard and final photo-voltaic module" on the space station, according to NASA.
The photo-voltaic module has a pair of solar array wings and a dozen batteries. It will create, store, and make available power to the ISS.
