Ahrens, here fastening mirrors in place using wire and plastic washers, is hoping that the company he and his teammates have founded, RawSolar, will soon mass-produce such dishes, which he envisions being set up in huge arrays.

- Umm this is nothing new. MIT once again repackaging old technology. Look up Solar concentrator on your web. Also look into myth busters using a concentrator as a beam weapon. Ebay has one for sale.... (Read the rest)
