Lycos was an early popular search engine like AltaVista. It has gone through several owners and iterations as well, but still remains a popular search engine.

- HotBot ruled......
- I did also used, or should I say "preferred" HotBot all the way, it yielded better results and offered more search options; don't forget that Yahoo! was a directory, like an interactive Yellow Pages b... (Read the rest)
