Before Ask.com, there was AskJeeves. AskJeeves was special because it allowed searches to be phrased in the form of a question, rather than entering keywords like most search engines.
AskJeeves fired Jeeves and is now simply Ask.com.

- I did also used, or should I say "preferred" HotBot all the way, it yielded better results and offered more search options; don't forget that Yahoo! was a directory, like an interactive Yellow Pages b... (Read the rest)
