Soheil Ghotbi Ravandi of Iran designed his Opus to be a hybrid, but not the kind we usually write about here at CNET. Ravandi's concept car is an electric and hydraulic hybrid. His two-seater also has solar paint for converting sun rays into extra electricity for recharging the car's battery.
