Might there really be Transformers in the future megalopolis? The Peugeot 888 converts from one form to another to become more compact when driving in the city. It uses lithium-ion batteries to power electric engines at each wheel.
The highway version is low to the ground for better stability while speeding along. The raised cockpit in the city version would give drivers a better vantage point, while the smaller wheelbase would make it easier to fit in tight spots, according to its designer, Oskar Johansen of Norway.
