Dmitry Sharlot, New York team leader for Navteq, stands by the Navteq vehicle that is used to collect data for Navteq's mapping, navigation, and traffic service. This is the car that was used in New York City on Tuesday to demonstrate a new application being developed by Nokia and Navteq that uses cell phones as "probes" to collect data about traffic conditions.
