First, Google says the image is way to big to be a city. If you use Google Earth's ruler, the grid is about 104 miles wide.

You're right! Since the circumference of the Earth is about 24,900 miles at the equator, it would be pretty difficult for a mountain range to stretch 11,900 miles beyond that. ... (Read the rest)
