It looks more like a tricked out wheelchair than a Segway PT or half a Smart car but GM and Segway hope their P.U.M.A. (Personalized Urban Mobility & Accessibility) vehicle will reinvent urban transportation.

According to GM, the P.U.M.A.'s electric engine can hit 35 mph and has a range of 35 miles between charges that cost about sixty cents. For more read Larry Dignan's take.
