The device supports up to 16TB of storage and features Data Robotics' proprietary BeyondRAID technology that allows for mixing up hard drives of different capacities into one aggregated volume with redundancy data protection. Prior to the DroboPro, Data Robotics has been known for its Drobo external storage device.
