California Attorney General Bill Lockyer, far right, announces that he has filed criminal charges against five people involved in Hewlett-Packard's use of "pretexting" to trace boardroom leaks. The defendants include former HP Chairman Patricia Dunn, former HP lawyer Kevin Hunsaker, and three outside investigators. Also present, from left to right, are Robert Morgester, deputy attorney general, special crimes unit; Jo Graves, chief assistant attorney general for the criminal division; and Bob Anderson, chief deputy attorney general for legal affairs.
