Lockyer announces charges
California Attorney General Bill Lockyer, far right, announces that he has filed criminal charges against five people involved in Hewlett-Packard's use of "pretexting" to trace boardroom leaks. The defendants include former HP Chairman Patricia Dunn, former HP lawyer Kevin Hunsaker, and three outside investigators.
