One much anticipated concept car is the Toyota FT-HS, a hybrid vehicle with muscle car yearnings. The goal for the automaker's Calty Design Research team was to come up with a midpriced sports car "that integrates ecology and emotion," Toyota says. The 3.5-liter V6 hybrid electric drive train has a target output of 400 horsepower and a projected ability to go from zero to 60 mph in the four-second range.
