Uros Pavasovic, Slovenian born and London based, originally designed the Fiat Scratch for his Masters project at the U.K.'s Royal College of Art. Pavasovic designed the Scratch as a fun-loving car that will make people smile and reduce road rage. Its "scratch-happy" bumper is designed to make drivers less worried about little nicks to their vehicle.
