Sony Ericsson was also showing off its Bluetooth Music Receiver MBR-100, which allows users to listen to music stored on their phone over a high-fidelity sound system. This accessory streams music via Bluetooth from the user's phone straight to a home or car stereo, using the phone as a remote control to alter the volume or skip through tracks. The MBR-100 was announced in January and will be available in the first quarter of 2007.
