Photos: Automakers race toward electric

In the spring, Phoenix Motorcars will come out with an all-electric sport-utility truck (pictured). Phoenix Motorcars will only produce around 500 cars in 2007, but it hopes to expand production to more than 6,000 in 2008. It will primarily sell cars to fleet purchasers. The truck will cost about $45,000.
