The Design Trust for Public Space put together Taxi O7 Exhibit, a showcase of taxi prototypes and concepts, at the New York International Auto Show in celebration of the New York City taxi's 100th anniversary. The show opens Friday to the public in conjunction with the official opening of the car show.
The Standard Taxi, shown here, can be converted to natural gas and hold an extra-large tank in its trunk so drivers don't have to waste time filling up during their shift.
