Blue-clad Segway-driving greeters massed outside the Beijing International Convention Center on Tuesday, welcoming visitors to the Intel Developer Forum here. Intel usually holds these events in downtown San Francisco, but it moved the festivities to Beijing this year, in part to highlight its expanding Chinese operation .
