San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom addresses the crowd at the opening of the city's first commercial biodiesel fueling station. The biodiesel powering the city's commercial vehicles will come from used oils collected from local restaurants and the city's Public Utility Commission, which will turn over the 1.2 million gallons of fats, oils and grease it cleans out of the city's sewer system each year.
