The Olympian fueling station at the intersection of 3rd and 23rd streets, the site of Tuesday's opening. The station is located in an industrial neighborhood known as Dogpatch, where one in six children develop asthma due to the constant flow of diesel-burning vehicles through the area, according to the city's Department of Environment.
