On Thursday night, the Eyebeam Art and Technology Center , located in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, held the Celebrity Media Mashup, a benefit party for its 10th anniversary. Guests were invited to "come play in a 21st century digital salon," and indeed, a blend of geeks and art enthusiasts filled the Eyebeam space for a night of edgy DJ music, cocktails and the occasional eye-catching art installation.
