A scooter powered by lithium ion batteries from Citic Guoan MGL. It's not on the market yet. In Europe and the U.S., Vectrix is promoting an all-electric scooter, but it does not use lithium ion batteries. Making lithium ion battery packs that are safe to use in transportation has been a challenge.
