Photos: Dancing with the stars...and a meteorite

New York City's Apple store isn't the only big glass cube in town. There is also the seven-story Rose Center for Earth and Space.

The Rose Center is a part of the American Museum of Natural History--the institution that inspired last year's comedic Night at the Museum. The Rose Center, which encompasses the spherical Hayden Planetarium, reopened in 2000 after extensive renovations.

On Friday night, the respectable center was turned into a late-night party destination.
