No, this isn't the 787 before a tummy tuck. It's Boeing's Dreamlifter, a modified 747-400 used to transport large sections of the new Dreamliner to the Everett facility--the "integrated midbody fuselage," for instance, traveled from an assembly plant in South Carolina.
